This was the main conclusion arrived at during the First ordinary session of the Inter-ministerial Committee for Local Services (ICLS) held on Tuesday 8 May 2012 for the current financial year. Deliberations were chaired by Mr René Emmanuel Sadi, Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization, who doubles as ICLS Chair. The Minister Delegate/MINATD, Jules DoretNdongo, also took part in the deliberations. |

At the end of the deliberations of the ordinary meeting of the National Hajj Commission held on Wednesday 7 March 2012, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization, Chair of this Commission, signed a press release and an order both relating to the conditions for participating in the 2012 Hajj as approved guides of Muslim Pilgrims.
